I would like to request FOS for a customer's device, but I don't have my customer's e-mail address. What now?

Unfortunately, it is mandatory to provide your customer's email address when registering a device. We are obliged to have the device registration confirmed by the device's owner. For this we need the correct e-mail address of your customer.

How do I know if my device has been accepted for FOS?

As soon as we have checked and activated your registered device, you will automatically receive a notification from us by e-mail. Alternatively, you can log in to the FOS website with your login credentials. Then, click the menu item My devices to view the status of your device.

My device has been accepted for FOS. What now?

Congratulations! You will now receive a warranty extension of several years, depending on your device's type, and will subsequently be entitled to repairs at a fixed price for several years. You can check how many years your warranty period will be extended by and the period of repair costs protection here.

Devices

Branches of my company also have devices registered for FOS. How can I access them?

Please fill out our contact form and tell us all the branches whose devices you would like to access. We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible.

I can only edit the status of my device. Why can't I edit the other data?

Once FOS has been activated for your device, you may only edit the status of your device. Whether FOS is applicable to a device depends on all the device's data (device type, serial number, invoice date,...), so this data may not be changed once FOS has been activated for your device.

How can I delete my device?

Devices may only be deleted by us. Fill out our contact form and we will delete the device in question as soon as possible.
